Here are answers to some of the questions we hear most frequently about our conference:
If you can’t find the answer to your question then please contact a member of the events team and we will endeavour to provide you with an answer.
The paid for booking system only allows one email per registration. If you are booking for several people, please use the delegates email for the first page of the booking process and add your details to the ‘cc email’ section.
A confirmation email will be sent to the contact email provided on your booking form (the registrants email address). If you do not receive this please check your spam folder before contacting [email protected]
All non-member bookings must be paid for before the conference. Please note that admittance maybe prohibited if payment has not been received.
Fees include all day access to the event, available conference papers. Fees do not include refreshments, travel or accommodation. Shared places are not permitted.
You can pay by BACS, credit card or cheque (Please make cheques payable to REDACTIVE EVENTS LIMITED). Please note that we do not accept AMEX.
Please note payments will show on your statement as REDACTIVE LTD not RCM or RCM Annual Conference. If raising a purchase order please note that payments must be made to REDACTIVE EVENTS LTD and not to RCM.
Paid for booking is guaranteed on completion of the online booking form and is subject to the below Cancellation Policy.

• 100% refund if cancellation is made by the 23 June 2019
• 50% refund if cancellation is made by the 23 August 2019
• No refund will be given for cancellations made after the 23 August 2019 or for non-attendance on the day.
Written notification of intent to cancel must be sent to Redactive Events Limited by recorded delivery. If this is not received your booking will still stand. We reserve the right to prevent admittance if payment has not been made.
Substitutions may be made at anytime, free of charge.
Redactive Events and RCM reserve the right to change the programme at any time.

Train station: Direct rail connections to most major UK cities. Services arrive at Piccadilly or Victoria stations where passengers can connect with Metrolink trams for easy access to Manchester Central
There is no dress code for the event but we recommend smart/business casual.
Approximately 3500 people are expected at to attend the conference over the course of the two days.
All joining instructions will be sent via email two weeks prior to the event. Information regarding the programme, choice streams, venue and accommodation can be found on this website.
You will receive these at the registration desk on the day of the conference.
Before the event date you will receive a barcode (via email) to scan to print your badge. On arrival, please scan this barcode (either on a mobile device or a printed copy) and this will print out your badge for the conference.
Most presentations, where a speaker has given permission, will be available on the website after the conference.
